2 Haas avocados, drawn, quartered and mashed
1/2 a block of Cracker Barrel Cheese, grated
1 Tomato, sliced up
3 big shakes of Tabasco Sauce
3 small shakes of Cayenne Pepper
1/2 a chunk of raw salmon, sliced up thinly
5 prawns, cooked and shelled, chopped up roughly
One piece of flatbread
A Squeeze of Japanese Mayonnaise
